experience in journalism and
journalism education.

Neil Foote is a veteran media
executive who runs his own
communications and web consulting
firm, Foote Communications. He also
teaches journalism at theUniversity
of North Texas. Over the years, Neil
has worked for Tom Joyner, the
Dallas Morning News, the Belo
Corporation, the Miami Herald and
the Washington Post. He is
chairman of the National Association
of Multicultural Media Executives
and serves on several local
community boards.

Sidmel Estes-Sumpter, president of

consulting firm. Her clients include
the Frederick Douglass Family
Foundation, talent representative
with Drew Berry and Associates,
senior associate with Devonwood
Media, several non-profit
organizations, corporations and
small businesses, entrepreneurs
and media organizations. She's a
nationally recognized television
insider who has worked in the
industry for more than three
decades. She helped create and
built the successful morning
program 'Good Day Atlanta' at
WAGA/Fox 5 where she worked for
27 years.
