BUSINESS
Wake up seminars, workshops and staff retreats with a brisk
walk.
Be led by a certified Walk Live instructor, who can lead low-
impact aerobic workouts of 1 to 5 miles.  All you need is room
for participants to move around and follow the simple, but
solid program.
Use exercise to build camaraderie, provide a quick break
before afternoon sessions begin, or shake up the routine.  
The Walk Live program can be done by anyone regardless of
the shape they’re in. There is no complicated choreography
to follow. The steps are simple and effective.
Physical activity lowers anxiety and stress and helps raise
energy levels and brain activity – sort of recess for adults.
Provide Walk Live classes at your work site. Studies have
shown a fit workforce is healthier and more productive.

GENERAL FITNESS
Sometimes the best way to get your mind and career in shape
is to start with your body.
Brisk aerobic workouts don’t just burn calories and body fat,
they improve cardiovascular health and strength exercises
help improve flexibility.
Classes can be organized anywhere including, but not limited
to, a community center to a condo or apartment clubhouse to
workplaces, churches, senior centers or a dance studio.

WALK EVENTS
Kick off a fundraiser, host a demo party or boost a theme
event with a Walk Live workout. Have a little fun and get the
crowd pumped.
